• Viewings at the workshop are strictly by appointment only due to the workshops location on a working farm and access. We are not responsible or have no liability for persons visiting the location or our workshop. All that do visit us, do so at there own risk. 
  • Items can be reserved for up to 7 days.
  • All items are sold as seen.
  • Payment is by cash or card upon or prior collection; on occasion by bank transfer upon request.  Deposits taken to secure an item are non refundable should the sale be later declined. 
  • Deliveries: No items for sale include delivery. Collection from the workshop is preferred. Larger items can be delivered but there will be a charge depending on location. A maximum radius of 20 miles from the workshop is usually our standard, but can be negotiated. For deliveries much further afield, you are welcome to arrange a courier, but please be aware, items are not packaged or packed for transport so make your courier aware prior to this, and also have them contact me direct to arrange a collection time. No items will be posted.
  • Deliveries are to ground floors only , and through one door. Please make sure there is access, and that the purchased item fits as we accept no responsibility for this. Deliveries are often just carried out by one person (me!!), so please for larger items assistance may be required!
  • Sales at St Martins Antiques Center, Stamford are sold under their terms. They also arrange delivery for items purchased there with the buyer.
